It is Customers responsibility to provide correct Billing and Shipping Address before completing an online order. No refunds or replacements on orders will be fulfilled if incorrect information is provided.
DELIVERY Most purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive (unless your order is an international order).You will receive an an email from Elissa Alva Shop when your order has been shipped. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact Elissa Alva Shop. It is customers responsibility to track orders once they are shipped to receive package.
"PRE-ORDER" TERMS If you are purchasing a "Pre-Order" item, please review the specific items detail to know when the "Pre-Order" end date is. All orders placed within the "Pre-Order" period will not begin shipping until 2-3 weeks after the "Pre-Order" end date. "Pre-Order" items may take up to or even over a month at times depending on circumstances. "Pre-order" items are non-refundable.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES All domestic orders are shipped USPS First-Class. International orders are shipped FedEx Worldship.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. Elissa Alva Shop reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If a product you want is "OUT OF STOCK", you can sign up for the newsletter so you can be notified as soon as there is a restock available.
RETURN POLICY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. It is important that you know that most of my products are limited and sell out fast. If there is a mistake on Elissa Alva Shop's end then please contact us so it can be solved. Otherwise, all sales are final.
