This container has been created to reconnect us with our heart’s desires and express them through mixed-media art.
This experience is for anyone who:
✧ has spent years prioritizing responsibility over desire
✧ wants to approach the upcoming year with curiosity instead of control
✧ craves a softer, more honest relationship with money, creativity, and self-expression
No journaling or creative experience is needed.
You’ll be guided through thoughtful reflections around desire, beliefs, and supported in creating a “junk journal” that becomes a working archive and reminder of what matters to you. This journal is meant to be added to over time and returned to often. It will be evolving through the year as we will be too. A reminder that we hold both intention and beauty without needing to be perfect.
Each participant will receive a take-home kit, with all materials provided. The workshop is held in a small-group container designed to feel grounded, supportive, and spacious, with no pressure to share or perform.
